NOTICE
(Pursuant to sections 19(4) and 19(5) of the IBA Act)

Notice is hereby given that the Independent Broadcasting Authority has received seventeen (17)  applications for PRIVATE COMMERCIAL FREE TO AIR FM RADIO BROADCASTING LICENCE from the following applicants in alphabetical order:

Any person who wishes to object to an application shall, not later than 21 days after the last date of the publication of this notice, lodge his objection in writing with the Authority at the following address:

Documents in relation to applications submitted by the applicants set out in this notice are available for consultation. For the purposes of the consultation, it is mandatory to seek an appointment with the Confidential Secretary by phone 213 3890 or email iba@intnet.mu. The slots available for consultation are from 1400 to 1600 as from 10 October 2018 to 01 November 2018.
